TF Skill India – Home Appliance Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to TF SKILL INDIA. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

TF Skill India provides home appliance repair services including:

• Washing Machine Repair
• Refrigerator Repair
• Microwave Repair
• Air Conditioner (AC) Repair

3. Visiting Charges

A visiting charge of ₹199 will be applicable for inspection and diagnosis. This charge is non-refundable.

4. Labour Charges

If any part replacement is required in the appliance:

• Labour Charge: ₹300
• Replaced parts will have a 180 days (6 months) warranty.

5. Minor Repair Charges

Minor repairs will be charged ₹300.

• Minor repair comes with 5 days service warranty.

6. Non-Warranty Parts

Plastic and rubber components such as:

• Gasket
• Knob
• Rubber pipe
• Other plastic or rubber items

These parts do not come with warranty.

7. Warranty Policy

• Warranty is applicable only on the replaced part.
• Warranty is not applicable on the full appliance.
• Warranty will be valid only if the appliance is not opened or repaired by another technician.

8. Refund Policy

If the same problem is not resolved within 7 days after service, TF Skill India will provide a refund to the customer.

• If more than 7 days have passed, refund will not be applicable.
• Only repair service support will be provided.

9. Safety & Service Quality

TF Skill India ensures proper care, safety, and professional service while handling customer appliances.

10. Termination

TF Skill India reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service or violate these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

TF Skill India may update these Terms & Conditions anytime. Continued use of services means acceptance of updated terms.
